Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of AI Site Builder. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read them carefully — in particular the disclaimers about generated content, the billing terms, and the limits on our liability.

1. Who we are

AI Site Builder (also marketed as "AdCreator AI") is operated by 0xpi LLC, a Washington limited liability company (referred to in these Terms as "we," "us," or "our"). References to "you" or "your" mean the individual or entity that has accepted these Terms and accesses or uses the service.

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By signing up for an account, generating a site preview, accessing the service, or clicking any "I agree" button, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by the documents incorporated here by reference (the Privacy Policy and the Cancellation & Refunds Policy). If you are using the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" refers to both you personally and that organization.

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the service.

3. The service

AI Site Builder is a web-based application that generates professional websites from a short business description, hosts them on subdomains or custom domains, and offers related tools (AI ad copy generation, SEO tools, e-commerce checkout via your own payment provider, and shipping-rate display). The service is delivered as software-as-a-service over the public internet and is self-hosted on infrastructure we operate.

We may add, remove, or change features at any time. We will use reasonable efforts to notify paid subscribers of material changes.

4. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must have legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
• You must not be barred from receiving the service under applicable US law (including export-control and sanctions law).

5. Accounts & security

To use most features you must create an account with an email address and a password. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and session cookies confidential.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Notifying us promptly at support@0xpi.com of any unauthorized access.

We use industry-standard password hashing (bcrypt) and HTTPS for all sessions. See the Privacy Policy for details.

6. AI-generated content (important)

The website copy, headlines, calls-to-action, ad text, and SEO metadata produced by the service are generated automatically and may contain errors, inaccuracies, or claims that do not apply to your business. We do not review generated content for accuracy, legality, or fitness for your purpose. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and editing all generated content before publishing.
• Ensuring your site's claims are truthful and comply with advertising, consumer-protection, licensing, and industry-specific laws (for example, claims a law firm, medical practice, or financial business may make).
• Obtaining rights to any text, images, logos, or other material you add to your site.
• The accuracy of business details (hours, pricing, contact information, licensing numbers) shown on your site.

7. Your sites & content

"Your Content" means the business details you enter, any text or images you add, the generated sites associated with your account, and other information you submit. You retain ownership of Your Content.

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, store, transmit, and display Your Content solely as necessary to provide the service. We will not sell Your Content. We will not use Your Content to train AI models. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

8. E-commerce & payments you collect

If you enable e-commerce, payments from your customers are processed through your own PayPal account using credentials you provide. We never receive, hold, or process your customers' funds. You are responsible for fulfilling orders, honoring your own refund and shipping policies, paying applicable taxes, and complying with consumer-protection law. Shipping rates shown at checkout (via Shippo, if configured) are estimates; you are responsible for the rates and policies you set.

9. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to build or host sites that:

• Are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, or promote illegal goods or services.
• Infringe a third party's intellectual property or other rights.
• Contain malware, phishing pages, or content designed to deceive visitors.
• Host adult content involving minors, or any content prohibited by US law.
• Harass, threaten, defame, or impersonate any person or organization.

You also may not scrape the service, resell or sublicense it without our written permission, attempt to access another user's account, probe the service's security without authorization, or evade rate limits and authentication. Violations may result in suspension or termination without refund.

10. Billing & subscriptions

Paid plans are offered on a monthly or annual subscription. Current rates are Basic $49/month (or $39/month billed annually) and Pro $79/month (or $63/month billed annually); bundle plans are offered at the prices shown at checkout. Billing is handled by PayPal Subscriptions. By providing payment information you authorize us, through PayPal, to charge the subscription fee on each billing date until you cancel.

Specifics — including charges, billing cycle, refunds, and how to cancel — are described in our Cancellation & Refunds Policy. To the extent that document conflicts with this section, the Refunds Policy controls for billing matters.

11. Done-For-You / rush orders

We also offer one-time "Done-For-You" and rush-launch packages (for example, a 24-hour or same-day build) at the prices listed on the relevant page. These are one-time charges, not subscriptions. Each rush package includes a stated period of complimentary Pro-level access (for example, 30 or 60 days), after which your account reverts to the free tier unless you subscribe. Turnaround times are targets measured from when you provide all required information; they are not guarantees, though we offer the remedy described in the Refunds Policy if we materially miss a committed delivery window.

12. Free tier & previews

You can generate a site preview without an account by providing an email address. Unclaimed previews expire after 72 hours and may be deleted. The free tier lets you publish one live website on an adcreator-ai.com subdomain with an "Built with AdCreator AI" footer badge. No payment method is required for the free tier.

13. Cancellation & termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Billing page in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future billing; you retain access through the end of the current paid billing period. See the Refunds Policy for what happens to your sites and data after cancellation.

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or applicable law, if your payment method fails repeatedly, or if continued service exposes us or others to liability or harm.

14. Intellectual property

The AI Site Builder and AdCreator AI names, logos, software, templates, design, and underlying technology are owned by 0xpi LLC. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service during the term of your subscription, solely for your own business operations or those of clients you build sites for. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, or resell the service itself (as distinct from the sites you generate with it).

15. Third-party services

To deliver the service we rely on third parties. By using AI Site Builder you also accept the terms of these providers as applicable:

• PayPal — for our subscription billing, and (if you enable e-commerce) for payments you collect from your own customers.
• Shippo — for live shipping-rate display, if you configure it.
• AI model providers — for content generation; your business description and prompts may be sent to their APIs.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity — for usage analytics and session analysis on our marketing and application pages (see the Privacy Policy).
• Let's Encrypt — for HTTPS certificates.

We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

16. Warranty disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not warrant that generated content is accurate or legally compliant, that your site will rank in search engines, that it will generate sales or leads, or that data will be retained indefinitely.

17. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will 0xpi LLC, its operator, or its suppliers be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, lost sales, or reputational harm — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total cumulative liability for any and all claims arising out of or relating to the service or these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid us in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

These limitations apply regardless of the theory of liability and survive termination of these Terms.

18. Indemnification

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless 0xpi LLC, its operator, employees, and affiliates from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the service in violation of these Terms or applicable law; (b) Your Content or the sites you publish; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) goods or services you sell through a site built with the service.

19. Changes to the service or Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. For material changes (including price increases), we will provide at least 30 days' notice to active subscribers via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

20. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there. Each party waives any right to a jury trial. Claims must be brought within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or be permanently barred.

21. Miscellaneous

• Entire agreement. These Terms (with the incorporated policies) are the entire agreement between you and us about the service.
• Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
• Waiver. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver of it.
• Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our written consent. We may assign them in connection with a sale of the business.
• Force majeure. We are not liable for failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• Notices. We may give notice by email to the address on your account. You may give notice to us at support@0xpi.com.
