Pricing questions

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. No contracts, no cancellation fees. You keep your sites live through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't auto-renew if you cancel before then.

Do I own my custom domain?

Yes. On Pro, you connect a domain you've already registered (e.g., from Namecheap or Google Domains). We don't sell or hold your domain — you keep it whether you stay with us or not.

What if I downgrade or pause?

Plan changes apply at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade Pro → Basic, you'll lose the custom-domain connection and the "Powered by" footer comes back. Pause an account from the dashboard at any time.

Is there a refund policy?

Full refund within 14 days of your first paid month, no questions asked. After that, we don't refund mid-month — just cancel and the plan ends at month's end.

Can I export my site if I leave?

Yes. Email support and we'll send you the generated HTML/CSS files for your site. We're not going to hold your work hostage. (Self-serve export is on the roadmap.)

What's the difference between Free and Basic?

Free gives you a real, public website at yoursite.adcreator-ai.com with our footer badge. Basic ($49/mo) adds a custom domain, e-commerce checkout (PayPal), real estate listings, and AI ad copy generation. Pro ($79/mo) adds 4 more websites (5 total) and lets you remove the "Built with AdCreator AI" badge for white-label use.
