Plan changes apply at your next billing cycle. If you downgrade Pro → Basic, you'll lose the custom-domain connection and the "Powered by" footer comes back. Pause an account from the dashboard at any time.
Full refund within 14 days of your first paid month, no questions asked. After that, we don't refund mid-month — just cancel and the plan ends at month's end.
Yes — on a paid plan. There is an Export Code button on every site in your dashboard. It downloads a .zip of your site's HTML and CSS, which you can host anywhere. Email support if you would rather we send it to you. We're not going to hold your work hostage.
Free gives you a real, public website at yoursite.adcreator-ai.com with our footer badge. Basic ($49/mo) adds a custom domain, e-commerce checkout (PayPal), real estate listings, and AI ad copy generation. Pro ($79/mo) adds 4 more websites (5 total) and lets you remove the "Built with AdCreator AI" badge for white-label use.
