Cancellation & Refunds

The free tier lets you try the builder with no card. If you upgrade and it isn't for you, the first paid month is covered by a 14-day money-back guarantee. After that, cancellation stops future billing and you keep access through the end of the period you've already paid for.

1. The free tier

You can generate a preview with just an email, and publish one live website free on an adcreator-ai.com subdomain — no payment method required.
Free sites carry a "Built with AdCreator AI" footer badge.
Unclaimed previews expire after 72 hours.

2. How paid plans work

Basic — $49/month, or $39/month billed annually ($468/year).
Pro — $79/month, or $63/month billed annually ($756/year).
Bundle plans are billed at the price shown at checkout.
Billing is in U.S. dollars through PayPal Subscriptions and auto-renews each period until you cancel.
Plan changes take effect on the next renewal date. We do not mid-cycle prorate.

3. 14-day money-back guarantee

First paid month, risk-free. If you're not satisfied, request a full refund within 14 days of your first subscription charge and we'll refund it — no questions asked.

To claim it, email support@0xpi.com from your account email within 14 days of your first charge. The guarantee applies once per customer, to your first paid period only.

4. Refunds after the guarantee window

After the first 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not refund the current billing period. We do not prorate or refund partial months or unused time on an annual plan.

The one exception is a clear billing error on our part — for example, a double charge on the same day, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation. Email support@0xpi.com with the PayPal transaction ID and we'll refund the erroneous charge within 5 business days.

5. How to cancel

Sign in and open your Dashboard.
Go to the Billing page.
Click Cancel Subscription and confirm.

PayPal is notified automatically. You can also cancel directly from your PayPal account at paypal.com/myaccount/autopay; both paths reach the same result.

6. What happens to your sites

While subscribed: all plan features available.
Cancelled but within the paid period: full access through the period end.
After the paid period ends: your account reverts to the free tier — one live site on a subdomain, with the "Built with AdCreator AI" badge restored. Custom-domain connections and any sites beyond the free limit are paused, not immediately deleted.
To restore everything: resubscribe and your paused sites and custom domains become available again.

You can request an export of your generated site's HTML/CSS at any time by emailing support@0xpi.com.

7. Failed payments

If PayPal can't charge your method, we email you and PayPal retries on its standard schedule.
If retries continue to fail, the subscription is suspended and your account reverts to the free tier (one subdomain site).
Updating your payment method in PayPal resumes the subscription and restores your plan.

8. Done-For-You / rush orders

One-time Done-For-You and rush-launch packages are charged up front and are non-refundable once we begin work, because they involve hands-on production time. The exception is our delivery guarantee: if we materially miss a committed delivery window for reasons within our control, we'll refund the rush fee in full. This does not apply to delays caused by missing or late information from you, or to revisions requested after delivery. The complimentary Pro access included with a rush package is a bonus and has no separate cash value.

9. Price changes

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email to active subscribers. If you don't want to continue at the new price, cancel before the effective date and you won't be charged the new rate.
